Janet McKenna
Janet McKenna has been a licensed broker in both Florida and Massachusetts since 1987. After working for franchise offices, she decided to open her own business in Delray Beach. Janet is known for bringing her numerous Massachusetts clients to South Florida. These clients now enjoy the Florida lifestyle as much as she does. Janet has become an absolute expert in South Florida real estate and her passion is matching local and out-of-town buyers with their dream homes, by the sea.

Maryann Moulton
Understanding your real estate needs is Maryann’s number one priority. A native of Richmond, VA she transferred to sunny Florida with her family at the end of 2019. “I love the South Florida lifestyle and my new hometown.” Maryann has an extensive history in new construction, resale and selling. Arlene Colbert
Arlene recently joined the Beach Effect Real Estate team after moving from Seminole County FL. She has an extensive career in customer service management. Arlene has worked for a local telephone company, household relocation companies and owned her own moving coordination service. We are excited to have Arlene as our new office manager.
Teresa Reuter
Living in Delray Beach for 13 years, Teresa comes to Beach Effect Real Estate with many years of experience. She was a realtor in the Chicago suburbs for 25 years and part of the McDonald’s Relocation Team. Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Real Estate major. We are thrilled to have Teresa as a member of our team!
Jeannine Felicetti
Jeannine Felicetti has lived in Palm Beach and Broward Counties most of her life. She’s a long-term resident of Seagate Towers.
Jeannine has listed and sold real estate in Palm Beach County for over 20 years and has received numerous letters of praise from her many satisfied clients.

Ellen Martin
Ellen is an experienced licensed Realtor of 20+ years starting her career in Dayton, Ohio. After attending the University of Dayton, Ellen became a wife & full-time mom to three sons. After her last son went to grade school, Ellen got her Real Estate license in 2001. During her first year in Real Estate she was named “Rookie of the Year”. Since then, she won numerous awards from her local board and went on to receive the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2014. Today Ellen is a licensed agent in sunny South Florida and working at Beach Effect Real Estate. She’s a full-time, knowledgeable agent who is ready to help you find your dream home.
